Initially, the Hotel was little more than a simple guest house on Viserbella Beach, but right from the start, for all the guests, it was clear how the Fabbri family management was able to make their stay unique.
From the beginning, Guerrina’s homemade cuisine was able to make up for the limitations of the structure.

Paolo every day, early in the morning, continues to bring home quality ingredients and Guerrina, with the invaluable help of Franca, continues to impress guests with the great flavors of Romagna.
